What my clients are saying

Michelle was great. She was always available. Even after hours she would quickly respond to questions or thoughts. She went above and beyond on both ends of the buying and selling experience. She beautifully set up our house to be shown and used a professional photographer for the online photos. She showed us dozens of houses, never pushing or trying to get us to settle on something we didn't totally love. She made us feel like we were her only clients. I would absolutely recommend her services to anyone looking to buy/sell.

~ Tim Hardie

We viewed a lot of homes with Michelle and she was enthusiastic, well prepared, patient and very generous with her time. She explained the buying process and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone buying or selling a home.

~ Dan Abbatelli

It has been a great pleasure to work with Michelle Montez before, during and after the purchase of our house. As a first time buyer, I needed all the help I could get and Michelle guided us through the whole process. She helped connect us with the mortgage broker, lined up all the inspections and wrote quite a few offers before we got our house. She was always professional and went above and beyond her duties to ensure that the entire house buying process went as smooth as possible. She is also familiar with all the contractors, landscapers, locksmiths etc.. You will need before and after you move into your new home. I highly recommend Michelle to all of our friends and family when it comes to buying and selling real estate.

~ Jason Kasznar

Simply the best Realtor in the Gilroy area. Great communicator, knowledge of the area bar none is #1. She knows what the market is hungry for and will guide you without hesitation. Michelle walked me through step by step as I was a first-time seller.

~ Pam Ellis

Michelle was most helpful when showing homes and being able to recognize there flawed as will the good points. She is very experienced in the real estate market, and how it works. I would highly recommend Michelle Montez to my friends.

~ Ruth Strasser

Michelle was the seller's agent for a lot we purchased in Gilroy. Everything went smoothly. What was most impressive for my wife and I was Michelle's communication ethic. Every time we called, texted, or emailed with a question she either answered immediately or within a very short time period. This is a rare quality these days, unfortunately, but dealing with Michelle will make you feel as if you are her only concern. My wife and I give Michelle our highest recommendation.

~ Eric H

Absolute best and consummate professional! She sold my property in 3 hours after first showing. She even helped with the final cleaning of my home because I was moving out of town and it was difficult for me to be between the two properties. This is the second home Michelle has sold for me

~ Terri

Michelle Montez expertly guided my brother and I through the process of selling my parent's home. She patiently navigated us through the probate process, assisting with paperwork, and preparing the house for sale. Michelle facilitated getting all repairs, maintenance, and inspections completed in preparation for putting the house on the market. She aggressively marketed the property through social media, realtor tours, and an open house. Throughout the process, Michelle provided us with frequent updated market analysis. As a longtime resident of Gilroy, and an experienced realtor, she provided invaluable information about the best way to prepare the property for a successful sale and worked with us to determine the asking price. Once the house was listed, we had multiple offers over asking price within the week. Michelle was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house in the Gilroy or Bay area.

~ Bob Wolff

Michelle recently sold my home for me. She always went above and beyond. My situation was not ideal however she made it quite smooth. The sale was ideal. She listened to me on every level and helped with any and every question I had with her vast knowledge of real estate. I would most definitely recommend her for any real estate transaction you might have.

~ Ginger Le Blanc

I would highly recommend Michelle for a regular or short sale. Michelle just completed our short sale and made a difficult situation painless. Michelle was very organized and kept us updated every step of the way. I couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent. She really is just a nice pleasant person to work with too!

~ Teresa Kroeger

Michelle is a rock star! Managing a contingent purchase concurrent with selling a property in another geography is never an easy prospect. While the transaction for our home sale was sputtering and causing us nothing but grief, Michelle was proactive, attentive to our needs, accurate in execution, and knew how best to negotiate with the seller for our home purchase. I wouldn't have gotten through it without her. In addition, her knowledge of the Gilroy and Morgan Hill area and housing market was a huge benefit to my wife and I. During the four months it took to find and close escrow on our new home Michelle was tireless. Highly recommended!

~ Zak Kaplan

Thank you Michelle, My family and I cannot thank you enough for selling our home. Your professionalism, your experience, your knowledge of the market, your attention to detail and your ability to guide us through the sale of our home with a very tight timeline was nothing short of impressive. Please don't hesitate to have a potential client contact me directly with questions regarding our experience working with you. Thanks again Michelle!

~ Loren McIrvin

Michelle did a wonderful job recently selling our home. She was very helpful explaining the process and also with things we needed after we moved out of state. She is a great lady to work with and I highly recommend her!

~ Lisa Ruiz

Michelle was the realtor who handled the sale of my deceased father's house in 2010. She was a joy to work with--verry efficient, straight-forward, and honest. Her suggestions and resources helped us get a full-price offer in a very tough economy, just a month after we put the house on the market. The sale was tricky because the house was co-owned by 4 siblings, 2 of whom were living out of state. She was able to arrange for signatures and paper transfers via technology and couriers and was always available if a snag occurred. She was a hard worker, very professional, but also warm and sensitive to us during a time that was very difficult for the family.

~ Debra Thomas

Michelle is very good at what she does. She is very quick in giving you a response to a question, even if she doesn't know the answer just then. She is very easy to reach and always answers her phone or messages within minutes of having called. We sold a home and bought a home with her help and both transactions went really well. She is very professional and honest, she will not try to sell you something that is not worth the money. Michelle is also great in explaining things to you, to make sure you fully understand what you are signing. She doesn't make you fell dumb for asking questions, which I really appreciate. She also helps you make decisions by providing the information necessary for to make the decision that will benefit you and your family. She is not at all pushy and lets you take your time. Michelle is very trustworthy, easy going and reliable. I recommend Michelle to anyone that may need her services.

~ Clementina and Arnulfo Mercado

Michelle Montez sold our home in Gilroy's northwest quadrant for us. At the time, the housing market had already started its downturn, but Michelle was able to effectively market and receive three offers on our home within the first month. She meticulously organized and presented the pros and cons of each offer to us, and kept us abreast of any updates during the negotiation of the sale. I highly recommend Michelle's work as a Real Estate Broker. She is an effective professional with great communication and organizational skills as well as expertise at "closing the deal."

~ Cynthia Iwanaga

Michelle is an excellent realtor with vast knowledge on the real estate industry. But, what mattered the most to us, is that michelle sincerely cared and had our best interest at heart. For us specifically, we sold our house through the short sale process which was not an easy decision. But, the reason we chose michelle over other realtors is because she had such extensive knowledge on the whole process and good contacts at the major banks. In addition, Michelle is persistent and follows through on every minute detail at all times of the day. She works on each individual's case as if you are her only client and will be completely dedicated to you until the job is successfully completed. My husband and I would highly recommend Michelle to represent you as your realtor and we assure you, you will not be disappointed.
